Most WordPress sites are built to look good, then handed to a "speed expert" later who bolts on caching plugins and breaks the layout. I don't work that way.
Performance is my speciality it's what I do all day. So I build fast from the start: clean structure, no bloated plugin stack, optimized images and lean page-builder output.

FAQ
Can you build a site that matches a design I already have (Figma, XD, PDF)?
Yes. Send me the file and I will tell you whether it can be built cleanly in WordPress, and what will need adjusting for responsive behaviour.
Do you provide the content and images?
I build with the content you provide. If you don't have images yet, I can source high-quality stock and place them so the layout is finished, you can swap them later.
Will my site be fast?
Yes, I build lean from the start. I won't promise a specific PageSpeed number before seeing your requirements, because hosting and plugin needs set a real ceiling. If speed is critical for you, tell me up front and I'll build around it.
Do you provide hosting or a domain?
No. You keep full ownership of both. I will recommend hosting that suits your traffic, and I can set the site up on whatever you choose.
What happens after delivery?
30 days of support is included in every package. If something breaks or you need help updating a section, message me.
Can you maintain the site afterwards?
Yes. Message me and I'll set up a custom offer for ongoing maintenance.

Although not a negative experience overall, there were challenges around English comprehension. Additionally, I provided a few examples of what we wanted the site to look similar to and didn't receive that. We also had to repeatedly ask for the same changes until they were done. Syed tried his best, no doubt, but fell short in our design expectations.
