Public speaking was my childhood love, but one-on-one conversations made me really anxious. I felt misunderstood and unheard in my professional and personal life, always seeking perfection. Through years of self-reflection and mentorship, I realized that "Communication isn't about perfection; it's about connection" (Fizza). I found my unique voice, started actively listening to others, and began expressing myself fearlessly. My struggle inspired me to help others like me.
