My automations stopped working after I changed my Mailchimp plan. Can you fix that?
Yes. This is one of the most common issues I fix. Mailchimp's June 2025 changes retired the Classic Automation Builder. If your flows broke after a plan change or upgrade, I know exactly where to look.
My abandoned cart emails are sending to people who already purchased. Can you fix the timing?
Yes. The Shopify-Mailchimp sync has a known 15–30 minute delay before triggers fire. If the suppression logic isn't set up correctly, you get exactly this problem. It's a specific fix, not a full rebuild.
Do you work with WooCommerce as well as Shopify?
Yes. Both integrations have their own common failure points. Tell me your platform when you message.
