Do I need a paid Canva account to use the file?
No. The file works on Canva Free. If your brand uses fonts or premium elements only available on Canva Pro, I will flag that before starting so there are no surprises.
Can you match my existing brand colours and fonts?
Yes. Send your brand kit or hex codes when you order. No kit yet? I will build a simple one based on your preferences and include it in the Canva file.
Will you write the captions too, or just design the visuals?
Both. I write draft captions in French and English for every post. You review and adjust the final tone.
What is GBP optimization in the Premium pack?
GBP means Google Business Profile. I update listing photos and publish one formatted post per week for 30 days so your profile stays active in local search. Useful for Canadian SMEs.
Can I request specific post topics or themes?
Yes. Send a content brief (topics, promotions, seasonal themes) when you order. No brief? I will propose a content plan based on your niche for your approval before designing.
