Accounting standards are global. I can still help you with the accounting/ bookkeeping/ reporting side but you will need a tax expert from your country for any other matters

I follow FRS 102, 105 (UK), IFRS (Cyprus) standards for bookkeeping and accounting process. Normally it starts with Setting up of the chart of accounts, import banking data, categorize transactions, Payroll processing, reconciliations, bank reconciliation, financial reporting and tax ready reports.

What is deadline for Accounts & CT600 submission for UK?
Companies are required to file accounts within 9 months of the accounting period with companies houses otherwise will companies house start charging penalties.
What is CT600?
CT600 is a company tax return that needs to be filed with HMRC within 9 months and one day from accounting period end date, if fail to do, HMRC will start charging interest and after 12 months of accounting period and company still fail to CT600, HMRC charge penalty.
