I specialize in helping businesses configure and optimize the Halo platform so it supports your service desk, sales workflows, and daily operations.
Whether you're implementing HaloPSA for the first time or refining an existing setup, I can help configure your system so your team can work more efficiently.
I have hands-on experience working with HaloPSA, HaloITSM, and HaloCRM, and can assist with:

Do you work with HaloPSA only, or also HaloITSM and HaloCRM?
Yes. While this gig focuses on HaloPSA setup and configuration, I also have experience working with HaloITSM and HaloCRM environments and can assist with configurations across the Halo platform.
What access will you need to complete the work?
In most cases, I will need administrator access to your Halo environment so I can configure ticket types, workflows, roles, and other system settings. Any specific access requirements can be discussed before the project begins.
Can you help with automation or advanced workflows?
Yes. Basic workflow configuration may be included depending on the package, but advanced workflow automation or complex system implementations may require a custom offer.
What if I need more work than what is included in the package?
If additional work is needed beyond the package scope, you can purchase additional consulting hours or I can provide a custom offer based on your requirements.
Should I message you before ordering?
