I shipped Tessera, my own iOS app, from idea to the App Store, and I build web platforms with Next.js that organisations use every day: applications, jury reviews, member systems and admin panels.

Wempany is a venture operating company; I work across its two studios, Polenist and Fuzyonist. Wrote 64 pages of admin operation guides and screen references from the live system for a 42-hour music hackathon platform run with a metropolitan municipality, and ran user testing and a security review before launch. Built Fuzyonist's bilingual website: nine service pages, a library-free orbit-animated service map, and an embedded booking flow. Launched the Polenist and Wempany sites in Turkish and English and improved loading and scroll performance on video-heavy pages. Added 68 event dashboards and downloadable appendices to the web edition of a four-volume season report, fixed overflow on every dashboard at four screen widths and QA'd 1,126 headings.

Tipbox turns product experiences into decision support. Designed an onboarding flow and data model that collects personal context without forms: a draft-and-correct model, a one-question-per-screen rule and explicit ethical boundaries. Compared four alternative models against eight criteria before choosing one. Audited the mobile and backend codebases and delivered evidence-based findings, a decision matrix and an architecture proposal for a product refocus. Analysed 18 reference websites to build a landing concept library, and compared tools and security options for investor documentation.

Open innovation community in Konya. I turn the community's recurring processes into systems that no longer depend on one person. Designed and built a micro grant platform that carries applications, jury review and reasoned decisions in a single flow, with separate applicant, juror and admin roles. Live and maintained without data loss. Designed and built Alliance Portal, a role-based platform that moves community ideas through defined stages into measurable projects. Designed the season community structure and membership journey end to end: onboarding flow, stages, expectations, and a written operating guide for the incoming team. Mapped the channels, roles, tags and automations of a Circle community of about 300 members. Planned and delivered 8 technical and design webinars in 5 weeks with a reusable event canvas. Automated weekly reporting with n8n flows, a Telegram bot and Trello automations, and built a members-only studio booking app.
