Key responsibilities included: Collected and analyzed error data from exam papers checked by faculty Identified patterns in marking errors and evaluated consistency across professors Used SPSS to perform statistical analysis and generate insights on performance trends Highlighted high-error cases and supported the issuance of feedback reports (“red cards”) to improve evaluation quality Assisted in preparing structured reports for quality assurance and program evaluation Supported Self-Assessment Reports (SARs) and coordinated data during review processes Managed datasets using Excel and documented findings in professional reports This role developed strong skills in data analysis, error pattern detection, and translating statistical results into actionable insights.
