Overall, I was happy with the communication with Talha throughout the process. Unfortunately, we just couldn’t come to an agreement on certain details due to a language difference. That said, Talha was very understanding and was happy to cancel the order and provide a refund. I appreciate the professionalism and the way the situation was handled.
