What do you need to start the audit?
Share your live URL or screenshots, top 3 user tasks and any analytics (Google Analytics, Hotjar). I’ll run a 48h UX audit and return a priority list + 2 Figma screens.
How fast is delivery for a mini audit?
Mini audit: 48 hours. You get top 5 issues, impact×effort roadmap and 2 hi-fi Figma fixes. Ideal for urgent Shopify checkout or admin dashboard fixes.
Do you produce prototypes or just designs?
I deliver interactive Figma prototypes with micro-interactions (Standard & Premium). Prototypes are clickable and Framer/Webflow ready on request.
Will you hand over code or build the site?
I deliver production-ready Figma + developer handover (CSS snippets, tokens, assets).
How many revisions are included?
Basic: 1 revision. Standard: 2 revisions. Premium: 2 revisions + optional extra. Additional revision is available as gig extra.

How do we test the changes after delivery?
I provide an A/B test plan for priority fixes and sample metrics to track (conversion, task completion, time on task). I can run quick usability tests (extra).
