Collaborating with cross functional teams such as customer service, commercial import, IT, GRS. 5. Maintaining compliance regarding the received back to back LCs, sales contracts from the banks & customers. 6. Inputting data into the ERP system of the received LCs & cross check with the customer service. 7. Contacting the banks to collect PRC & discrepancy notes from the banks.
