I started working at this company as a Graphic Designer, where I was responsible for creating social media designs, website visuals, real estate auction materials, as well as printed materials for the real estate booths we participated in. I later transitioned into Sales, leveraging my experience with industry terminology, communication, and persuasion. Shortly afterward, I became a supervisor overseeing both departments, managing the creative side, including image and video production, as well as part of the Sales department. I eventually took on the role of Operations Manager.
