I design precise, production-ready 3D-printed enclosures for IoT devices, custom PCBs, sensors, batteries, antennas, connectors, and electronics projects using FreeCAD.

Every enclosure is created with real-world manufacturing in mind: accurate tolerances, snap-fits, mounting bosses, cable routing, ventilation, and full optimization for reliable FDM and SLA 3D printing.


Recent projects include:

  • Autonomous observer devices (multiple generations)
  • PoE Ethernet field hardware
  • Heltec V3 IoT mesh nodes with integrated LiPo batteries
  • Modular microfactory tooling and component enclosures


You will receive:

  • High-resolution STL files ready for printing
  • STEP files for manufacturing or further editing
  • Full parametric FreeCAD source file (.FCStd)
  • Basic fit verification and assembly notes


Ideal for Raspberry Pi, ESP32, Arduino, custom PCBs, and similar electronics. I focus on designs that actually work when printed and assembled. Message me with your PCB STEP file (or dimensions) and Ill let you know how we can proceed.
