* Held full responsibility for stock integrity, running end-to-end receiving, storage and transfer and supervising the warehouse team to keep everything accurate and compliant. * Ran regular stock audits and cycle counts, reconciling physical stock against system records in Mintsoft, Precoro and Google Sheets, and chasing discrepancies through to resolution. * Pulled together stock reports on receipts, transfers and movement trends for management review. * Managed the third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse relationship, keeping stock handled, stored and tracked to standard. * Reorganised storage layout and labelling, maintaining consistent stock rotation across the store. * Kept the operation fully compliant with HACCP and internal hygiene protocols throughout. * Rebuilt the store's systems and processes from the ground up, reaching and holding 100% inventory accuracy.
