As a freelance CRM Specialist and Automation Expert, I have spent the last 3 to 5 years helping small businesses, agencies, and e commerce brands build, configure, and automate their CRM systems from the ground up. My work has consistently focused on one goal helping clients stop losing leads, eliminate manual data entry, and build sales pipelines that run automatically without constant supervision. Throughout my freelance career, I have successfully set up and customized CRM platforms including Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, and GoHighLevel for clients across different industries. Each project involved understanding the client's unique sales process, mapping out their pipeline stages, configuring custom fields and deal properties, and ensuring the entire system was built to match how their business actually operates. Beyond CRM setup, I specialize in connecting these platforms to the tools clients already use daily. Using Zapier and Make.com, I have built hundreds of automated workflows that link CRMs to Gmail, Slack, Google Sheets, Facebook Lead Ads, Typeform, Mailchimp, QuickBooks, and more.
