While the freelancer responded promptly and seemed eager to design custom Arabic font samples for my brand to approve before starting the main font project, it became clear they lacked the necessary expertise for this specialized task. It would have been better if they had declined the project upfront.

I hired this seller to encode a font for a non-Latin script including a large number of ligatures....
