Do you work on WooCommerce stores?
Yes. Store updates are always tested on a staging copy first, then pushed live during low-traffic hours so checkout is never at risk. Premium includes checkout, cart and payment gateway checks each month.
What if my site breaks after an update?
It gets rolled back from backup immediately, at no extra cost. That is the point of testing on staging first your live site only sees updates that already passed.
Is my site already hacked, or do you clean malware?
This gig is ongoing prevention and care. If a scan finds an active infection, I will let you know and you can order my WordPress Malware and Hack Cleanup gig for the removal.
Can you maintain more than one site?
Yes. Add extra sites as a gig extra, or message me for a multi-site plan. Agencies with 5 or more sites get custom pricing.
How do I know what you actually did?
You get a monthly report in plain English: what was updated, backup status, uptime percentage, speed scores before and after, and anything that needs your attention.
