This freelancer claimed to be an expert in KDP formatting, but the covers delivered did not follow the KDP guidelines (margins, safe zones, bleed). I had to follow up multiple times to get these basic issues corrected, which wasted valuable time. Lack of rigor and proactivity for someone presenting themselves...

The final result of Balayet's concept and design of the cover of my book, Tracker Chronicles, was exceptional. When Amazon refused the cover because of spine width, Balayet quickly fixed the problem.
