What if it doesn't work as promised?
For larger scopes we structure your order as Fiverr milestones - you approve the final milestone only when the app works as agreed. Your payment is protected by Fiverr at every step.
Do you really publish it to the stores, or just hand me the files?
We publish it. The Published and Complete packages include the store listing, screenshots, and taking it through Google Play and App Store review until it is live. You keep the developer accounts in your name.
What counts as a screen?
A screen is one view the user sees - login, home, a list, a detail page, settings. We agree the exact list before you order, so there are no surprises.
Do I need Apple and Google developer accounts?
Yes, and they should be in your name so you own the listings. Apple charges 99 USD a year and Google a one-time 25 USD. We walk you through creating them, or you can add us to accounts you already have.
Is there a monthly cost after launch?
The package price is a one-time build fee. If your app needs a backend or AI running, keeping it hosted and maintained is a small monthly subscription available here on Fiverr, sized to your usage.
How long does store approval take?
Google Play is usually a few days. Apple can take from a day to two weeks depending on their queue and the app. The delivery times above cover the build; store review is outside our control but we handle every response they ask for.
