What information do you need from me to start?
I’ll need access to your domain DNS panel (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap etc.) and details about your email provider (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho, etc.). I’ll not ask to share any passwords. We will connect on Zoom where you can share your screen for me to take control and configure.
What if I need a service not listed in your description?
If you need help with a problem that is not mentioned in the gig description, do let me know by messaging me on Fiverr. I will discuss the problem with you in depth and make sure your problem is rectified.
Can you set up DNS and MX records for any domain provider?
Yes! I work with all popular DNS providers — including GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap, Hostinger, Bluehost, and others.
