I am an active contributor and technical support volunteer within the PCMasterRace community, dedicating my time to both their Discord channel and Reddit page. In these spaces, I engage with fellow enthusiasts and newcomers alike, helping them troubleshoot a wide range of PC-related issues, from hardware compatibility problems and driver conflicts to software errors and connectivity issues. Beyond simply diagnosing and resolving problems, I also take the time to suggest personalized performance optimizations, whether that involves fine tuning system settings, recommending hardware upgrades, or advising on best practices to get the most out of their builds. It's a rewarding role that allows me to combine my passion for PC technology with a genuine desire to help others navigate the often complex world of custom and gaming PCs.
