Duffel is a modern flight booking API that connects directly with airlines via NDC. It's developer-friendly, has better documentation, faster integration time, and often better pricing/content compared to legacy GDS systems.
Do I need a Duffel account to get started?
Yes, you'll need to sign up for a Duffel account and get API keys. I can guide you through this if you're new to it.
Can you integrate Duffel into my existing website/app?
Yes, I can integrate it into an existing codebase (Node.js, React, Laravel, WordPress, etc.) or build the flow from scratch if you're starting new.
Does this include the frontend design too?
Basic integration focuses on backend/API logic and functional UI. If you need custom UI/UX design, please add that as a separate request or add-on — happy to discuss.
Will this work in production, or just sandbox/testing?
I set everything up in Duffel's sandbox (test) environment first. Moving to production requires your live API keys and Duffel account approval, which I'll help you configure in the Premium package.
Can you also integrate hotel or car rental APIs?
My focus here is flights via Duffel, but I do have experience with other travel APIs (hotels, cars) — feel free to message me for a custom package.
