Vos packages Twitch Overlay fonctionnent-ils sur Facebook, YouTube, Kick, etc. ?
Oui. Ils font. Mais chaque plate-forme a ses propres exigences. Faites-moi savoir si vous avez besoin d'autre chose que de Twitch, je peux vous proposer une offre personnalisée. De plus, notre forfait premium fonctionnera immédiatement pour d'autres plates-formes que Twitch.
Pourquoi y a-t-il un délai de réponse ?
Nous essayons généralement de répondre dans un délai maximum d'une heure ou deux. Si vous n'obtenez pas de réponse immédiate, cela signifie que nous sommes dans autre chose. Alors s'il vous plaît soyez patient et vous obtiendrez une réponse dès que possible. Nous sollicitons votre coopération. Merci.
Pourquoi ma commande est-elle retardée ?
Il existe deux scénarios. Dans le premier scénario, je n'obtiens pas d'approbation en temps opportun à différentes étapes du projet car je travaille de manière interactive avec mes clients. L'autre scénario est que je ne vais pas bien ou que je suis coincé dans une situation d'urgence personnelle inattendue.
Pouvez-vous faire autre chose que vos services listés ?
