Do you need to sit in on our actual ceremonies?
Not required, I can work from your description of a typical ceremony (agenda, duration, participants, what usually goes wrong). A recorded or live session can be arranged as an add-on if you prefer.
Do you only work with Scrum, or also Kanban/hybrid setups?
Primarily Scrum, but I can also review Kanban or hybrid Agile workflows, mention your setup when you order.
What's included in "Automation Implementation" on Premium?
Lightweight tooling recommendations or setup to support your new workflow, for example async voting tools, simplified board structures, or similar. Scope is agreed before delivery.
How is this different from hiring an Agile coach long-term?
This is a focused, one-time audit and set of recommendations, not ongoing coaching. It's meant to give your team a clear, actionable fix, fast.
