Overall, ok, if time or deadlines aren't a concern. I think it may have been better if there wasn't a significant time zone difference. The creator was polite, however, and tried to make an effort to provide what I needed. Unfortunately, I think there was a language barrier that created too many misunderstandings and wasted time.

Great communication and very timely. I have ordered twice now recently and have been very pleased with both products. When I need to another slideshow, I will be coming to him again for sure.

This is my second time working with Terry, and he did an excellent job again. He took the photos from my phone and turned them into a clean, well‑made slideshow. He understands exactly what I’m going for and gets it right every time.

Terry exceeded every expectation I had for this tribute video. I’m so happy I got to work with him. He is so good at what he does! I highly recommend him.

We were really short on time to make a 30min video. Terry is very quick at understanding the brief (without even speaking once), executed it extremely professionally, communicated quickly and did a fabulous job at creativity. The video was such a big hit, it left tears of joy in the audience because he managed to bring it alive. Loved his work.
