The Brief: I created a self-initiated project for a fictional neighborhood café that had no online presence. The goal was a website that makes people hungry, shows the menu clearly, and gets them through the door. The Challenge: Most small café sites are slow, cluttered, and hard to use on a phone, which is where most people check opening hours and menus. My Approach: Built a warm, inviting layout in WordPress with Elementor Designed a mobile-first menu page that loads in seconds Added a clear "Visit Us" section with hours, a map, and a one-tap call button Optimized images and caching for fast loading The Result: A clean, fast, fully responsive five-page website that shows how I'd approach a real small-business project, from layout to speed to mobile experience.
