Working as a Senior BC/NAV Consultant and AL Developer delivering end-to-end Business Central implementations, customizations, and integrations for clients across North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia. Core responsibilities and achievements: AL Development — Built custom BC extensions covering warehouse automation, sales and purchase workflows, service contracts, manufacturing variance tracking, and financial reporting. Published two products on Microsoft AppSource: Field Action Guard App (field-level security) and Transus EDI Connect (EDI document exchange). NAV to BC Migration — Led CAL to AL object conversions, RDLC report upgrades, and full functional migrations from NAV 2009/2013/2015/2018 to Business Central SaaS and On-Premise. Functional Consulting — Delivered year-end closing support, fixed asset management, inventory costing, warehouse management (Directed WMS), and service module implementations across manufacturing, food production, distribution, and retail verticals.
