I worked my way up from trainee to team leader at a health and social care recruitment agency. I was responsible for sourcing and placing candidates from entry level through to regional director, and business development through social media and networking events. I deputised for the director while she was on maternity, supporting new and existing team members and managing all administrative aspects of the business including social media and CV formatting. I produced ongoing reports and forecasts related to team performance and business objectives.
