I’m a certified personal trainer and strength coach (NCSF) with over 8 years of experience helping clients transform their bodies through efficient, sustainable fitness programs, both online and in person.
Outside the gym, I work as a Business English coach for corporate professionals across Europe, helping them communicate with clarity and confidence.
