FAQ
Do you include the content in the post templates?
The templates come with placeholder text (Lorem Ipsum) only for the body text for you to replace with your own text. But I'm happy to include your text if you send it to me please provide me in the requirement section an MS Word doc
How would I be able to edit the templates you create for me?
You will receive a link when the order is approved by you that will allow you to add the templates to your Canva account. Once the templates are added to your Canva account you will be able to edit them from your account.
Do you create custom offers?
Yes absolutely! I can create more Instagram posts or create design for other platforms. Maximum 15 template for a first order!
I need banners for my FB, LinkedIn, etc, too! Can you do that?
I can create anything on the Canva website. Banners, thumbnails anything.
Can I get the editable file for future use?
Always. Unlike other sellers, I always believe in providing the source file to the customers so that they don't have to always depend on the other person. I will send you a link to the Canva Website with your templates.
What all would I need to provide you?
Just the basics. 1. Text 2. Image and your ideas and goals to put into the Canva Template.
