I offer services to help you get started on your next project, whether you're just in the brainstorming phase or have decided on exactly what you want to accomplish but are struggling with exactly how to execute it.
As an operations manager working with a Fortune 100 company for >9 years, I have led many projects from startup to highly efficient, profitable, and industry-leading. Along the way, I've coached and mentored others to success in their own careers!
I have also led innovation teams, health/fitness classes + courses, and held church director roles.

How will this work?
After purchasing, you will receive a link to my Calendly schedule. Upon scheduling, you will fill out a questionnaire to optimize your call.
What are your hours?
For calls, my specific schedule can be found on a Calendly link provided upon inquiry or purchase. Typical call hours are M/W/F evenings CST (UTC -6) zone. If you are unable to meet during my available hours, you can message me to see if specific arrangements can be made.
What is included in a coaching call?
We will meet for as long as you need within the allocated time slot to address your goals, obstacles, and identify strategies to ensure you make progress. The specific details of the call can be outlined prior to the call in the pre-call questionnaire.
Why would I want more than 1 call?
While significant discoveries can be made in a brief conversation, and action plans can be developed over one call, many clients find that having ongoing discussions assists with progressive learning and ongoing accountability.
What's your cancellation policy?
By confirming a meeting time, you agree to come prepared and on-time. Should you need to cancel for any reason, you agree to do so with at least 24 hours' notice. Any time-frame less than 24 hours may not be rescheduled and the fee is not refundable.
What is the Advisory Report?
An Advisory Report will give a brief, pointed summary of our call notes and your action plan toward progress!
Do you keep our conversation confidential?
Absolutely! Information shared on coaching calls is kept confidential unless indicated by you that sharing is permitted. (Note: Exceptions include sharing illegal activities or intent of self-harm or harm to others that would legally require disclosure to authorities.)
