Do you transcribe the English first, or go straight to Samoan/Tongan?
I can do either. Standard is English transcript + Samoan/Tongan final for best accuracy. If you only want the Samoan/Tongan text, say so.
Can you add timestamps and subtitles?
Yes. I can timestamp every 30–60 seconds or at speaker changes, and export SRT/VTT for YouTube, Vimeo, etc.
Do you handle accents, slang, or noisy audio?
Yes—please share any context (topic, names, acronyms). Very poor audio may require the “difficult audio” extra.
Verbatim vs clean-read—what’s the difference?
Verbatim captures every utterance (um, uh, false starts). Clean-read removes fillers and tidies grammar while keeping meaning.
Can you keep correct Samoan/Tongan spelling and diacritics?
Yes. I deliver with proper apostrophes and macrons and will follow your style guide if provided.
