Will my city approve these drawings?
I draft to standard residential practices for city review, but final approval is at your local jurisdiction's discretion. If reviewers leave comments, my Premium package includes revisions to meet their technical requirements.
What file formats will I receive upon delivery?
You will receive high-resolution, print-ready PDFs for your city submission, along with editable DWG (AutoCAD) source files. This allows your contractor or engineer to make any necessary on-site adjustments.
What happens if the city asks for changes after submission?
City feedback is normal. My Premium package includes revisions to address city review comments. If you purchased a Basic or Standard package, you can easily add my "City Review Revision" extra, and I will make the necessary updates to your CAD files quickly.
