I have worked on a wide range of menu and promotional design projects for cafés, takeaways, restaurants, bakeries, food outlets, and hospitality businesses. This experience has allowed me to work with different menu structures and visual styles, from simple price lists and café menus to detailed takeaway menus and promotional food flyers. A major part of my work has been creating layouts that make large amounts of information easier to understand. Food businesses often have multiple categories, variations, add-ons, sizes, prices, descriptions, and special offers that need to fit into a limited space. I organize this information carefully so the final design feels balanced rather than crowded. I have worked on single-page menus, bifold menus, trifold menus, takeaway menus, café menus, restaurant menus, drinks menus, dessert menus, catering price lists, food flyers, and promotional menu graphics. I adapt each design according to the business identity, target audience, menu content, and intended application. My responsibilities include preparing the initial layout, selecting typography, arranging photographs, creating category sections, positioning prices, applying brand colors, incorporating logos, and refining the overall composition. I also make revisions based on client feedback and ensure that the final design reflects the requested style while maintaining readability. For print projects, I prepare designs with appropriate dimensions and print considerations. For digital use, I create clean layouts that can be shared through websites, social media, messaging platforms, QR-code systems, and digital displays. I use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to develop and refine my designs and can organize editable files for future updates. Working across different food and hospitality projects has strengthened my ability to design for different audiences and business styles.

I have developed experience designing digital menus and menu boards for restaurants, cafés, fast-food businesses, takeaway shops, bakeries, food trucks, bars, and other food-service businesses. My role involves transforming large amounts of menu information into clean, organized, and visually engaging designs that can be displayed on screens while remaining easy for customers to read. My projects have included digital menu boards for television screens, restaurant display systems, promotional screens, online menus, social media menu graphics, and QR-code menu pages. I work with different screen proportions and content requirements, making sure the layout is structured appropriately rather than simply adapting a traditional printed menu without considering the digital format. I am responsible for arranging menu categories, food names, descriptions, prices, photographs, promotional messages, and branding elements into a clear visual hierarchy. I carefully consider font size, spacing, image placement, contrast, alignment, and the amount of information displayed on each screen. When a business has a large menu, I can organize the content across multiple boards so customers can move through the menu naturally. I also create designs for businesses that need promotional sections such as meal deals, combo offers, seasonal products, breakfast specials, drinks, desserts, and limited-time promotions. Where food photography is available, I position images strategically to attract attention without allowing them to overpower the actual menu information. My workflow includes Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, allowing me to create both visually detailed designs and clean, professional layouts. I also take into account the practical requirements of the final display, including dimensions, resolution, readability from a distance, and consistency across multiple screens.

I have designed different types of restaurant menus including single-page menus, multi-page menus, bifold and trifold menus, takeaway menus, food flyers, price lists, drinks menus, dessert menus, catering menus, and promotional food menus. Each project requires a different approach depending on the restaurant style, target customers, number of menu items, available images, branding, and intended printing or digital use. My responsibilities include organizing menu content, creating visual hierarchy, selecting suitable typography, arranging food photography, applying brand colors, balancing spacing, and preparing layouts that remain easy to read across different sizes. I also work with existing logos, brand guidelines, photographs, icons, and other business assets to maintain consistency throughout the design. For digital projects, I create layouts suitable for websites, social media, QR-code menus, digital displays, and restaurant screens. For printed menus, I pay attention to dimensions, margins, bleed, image quality, and overall print readiness. I use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator as part of my design workflow and can provide editable source files when required. My experience has taught me that a menu should not simply contain information. It should guide customers through the restaurant's offerings while presenting the business in a professional and recognizable way. I therefore approach every menu project with attention to usability, presentation, brand consistency, and the customer's dining experience.
