Through Fiverr, I was approached by Premium Living Developments, a high-end real estate investment company, to handle the complete design and visualization of multiple luxury master bedroom suites for their upcoming residential projects. They needed consistent, modern, and highly functional designs that could be presented to wealthy international clients. I have successfully delivered over 18 master suite projects, each including detailed space planning, custom walk-in wardrobe systems, smart dry-wet bathroom zoning, and photorealistic 3D renders using both Revit and SketchUp. My process begins with deep consultation to understand the client’s lifestyle, followed by multiple concept options, professional revisions, and final high-resolution deliverables that include source files. One standout project involved turning an awkwardly shaped 72 sqm space into a spacious, luxurious retreat with a dramatic walk-in wardrobe and spa-like bathroom. During my time at Schneider I was responsible for designing high end master bedrooms, bathrooms, and walk-in wardrobes for luxury residential projects across Bavaria. One of the most challenging projects involved redesigning a 85 sqm master suite that initially suffered from poor spatial flow and inefficient dry wet zoning. I led the complete space planning process using Revit and SketchUp, creating intelligent layouts that maximized every square meter while maintaining a calm, minimalist aesthetic. I developed custom walk in wardrobe systems with intelligent lighting and storage solutions, and designed a sophisticated bathroom with perfect dry wet separation that completely eliminated moisture issues.
