I design and implement Microsoft Intune for macOS - from fast expert guidance, through to a defined implementation, and an enterprise-grade rollout.
- Basic (macOS Intune Expert Consult): a focused 1-hour session for troubleshooting, design advice, rollout planning, or configuration support.
- Standard (macOS Intune Implementation): a defined macOS Intune setup for a first-wave rollout. Includes ABM/ADE enrolment setup, baseline configuration and compliance policies, core profiles, and validation with stakeholders. Includes a configuration summary and handover notes.
- Premium (Enterprise macOS Intune Rollout): enterprise implementation with ABM/ADE, PPPC and system extension approvals, a security and compliance baseline, app deployment, standards and governance, and pilot-to-production support. Includes documentation and an admin runbook.
Optional add-ons (priced separately): enhanced documentation pack, additional revisions, extra app deployments, extra policy sets, FileVault baseline, Defender onboarding, platform SSO, Wi-Fi/VPN/cert profiles, and admin/end-user training.
Prerequisites: suitable Microsoft licensing, admin access, ABM access where required, and agreed scope

1) What is included in the Basic package?
A 1-hour macOS Intune consult for troubleshooting, design advice, planning, or targeted configuration support, plus clear next steps.
2) What is included in the Standard package?
A defined first-wave macOS Intune implementation: ABM/ADE enrolment setup, baseline policies, core profiles, validation, and handover notes.
3) What is included in the Premium package?
An enterprise macOS rollout including ABM/ADE, PPPC/system extension approvals, security baseline, app deployment, standards, and runbook.
4) Is this macOS only?
Yes. This gig is macOS-focused. For iOS/iPadOS management, please use my iOS Intune gig or message me.
5) Do you support Apple Business Manager (ABM) and ADE?
Yes. Standard and Premium support ABM/ADE where required. You will need ABM access and compatible devices.
6) What Microsoft licensing do I need?
You need suitable Microsoft licensing for Intune and the features you want. Message me if you want me to validate licensing first.
7) What access do you need from me?
Appropriate admin access to Microsoft 365/Intune, plus ABM access where applicable, and at least one test Mac for validation.
8) How many apps and policies are included?
Standard and Premium include a defined set agreed upfront. Larger app estates or extra policy waves are handled as add-ons.
9) What does “Documentation” mean, and what is the $500 documentation extra?
Standard/Premium include a configuration summary and handover notes. The $500 add-on is an enhanced admin runbook.
10) What can delay delivery?
Missing licensing/access, ABM readiness, unclear requirements, app complexity, and slow stakeholder responses.
