My experience with Google Business Profile started when I helped a friend who owned a small clinic. The clinic had a Google Business Profile, but it wasn’t properly optimized, so it was difficult for potential patients to find it in local search results. I helped improve the profile by updating the business information, selecting the most relevant categories, adding services, optimizing the business description, and ensuring the profile accurately represented the clinic. After some time, the clinic began gaining more visibility on Google Search and Google Maps, helping more local patients discover the services they offered. Since then, I’ve continued developing my knowledge of Google Business Profile optimization and local SEO, helping businesses improve their online presence and make it easier for local customers and patients to find them on Google.
