Hello, everyone! My name is Tim, and music is my favorite hobby. Although my education is in engineering (MS in Bioengineering from UCLA), music has been a huge part of my life, and I hope to use the passion I have for music to spread joy to others. My instruments of choice are trumpet and piano, and I have 18 years of music experience. As a hobby, I love transcribing and arranging music using software such as MuseScore and Finale. I have been doing that for the last 5-6 years, and I want to be able to use my experience to help others out.

Musicians can be strong in some parts of the craft but weak in others. I recognize that I am weak in theory and transposing, so Tim came through with some tricky transpositions for me on a project to get an updated modern score and parts from original sheet music that included several instruments that are no longer used in bands. Trust him!
