My background is about 10+ years of experience working with commercial brokers/investors in the Dallas-Forth Worth market as an internal graphic designer for CBRE.

Basic Package $150:
Up to 4 pages OM. Cover page, property summary/highlights, photos, demographics. Unlimited revisions and source files. Includes one amenities map.
Standard Package $250:
Up to 10 pages OM. Cover page, property summary/highlights, photos, financials/rent roll, market overview, and demographics. Unlimited revisions and source files. Includes one amenities map.
Premium Package $475:
Up to 20 pages OM. Cover page, property summary/highlights, photos, financials/rent roll, market overview, and demographics along with any additional pages needed such as floor plans, site plans, and rent rolls. Unlimited revisions and source files. Includes one amenities map.

What information you need before starting a project?
Please have the content for your offering memorandum ready: company logos in .png, copy/Excel financials, property images, dimensions, colors, fonts, any other reference OM you might have, etc.
Which software you use?
I use industry standard Adobe InDesign to create the offering memorandum.
What files will I receive?
The saved files will be print-ready, 300dpi high quality in PDF, including bleeds. The source file will be an editable .indd (Adobe InDesign).
Stock photography are included in the package?
Yes, I use a site that provides high quality images for free: https://unsplash.com/
Will you proof read our content?
No, please proof read your text before sending.
Can you create maps and financial tables?
I can create the aerial map labeling with the logos, convert your Excel data into a stylized table and graphs.
Can you create a digital/e-Brochure?
Yes, I can create one with hyperlinks, view video and 360 buttons. Rate are same for each kind of brochures.
What to expect from a revision?
A revision is a change to an in-progress offering memorandum brochure and is typically a change of less than 1/4 of the design. A revision is simply meant to be a slight modification or course correction to progress toward the final design.
