I set up and secure IT for small businesses: Microsoft 365, Intune device management, networks and backups. I build things clean, which means secure, documented and easy for anyone to take over later.
I have 7 years of MSP and in-house IT experience. I've run Microsoft 365 and Entra ID for multi-location companies, built networks across 16 sites, and now manage servers and backups for 1,800 users.
