Hi, I'm Todd Cogan, a commercial/voice actor and UGC creator based in Minneapolis, MN.
I started voice acting in 2021, became on camera talent in 2024 and UGC was a
natural progression. My most noteworthy client has been Best Buy, providing both on camera and VO.
