FAQ
What can you expect from me?
I will do my very best to understand exactly what you want accomplished with your Order, including making sure you get exactly what you pay for and more. I will do that by asking those questions in my Requirements. It is a very important part of your end satisfaction
If you mispronounce a word or name or I don't like your style will you record it again?
Yes. If I make a mistake in reading the script, I will fix it for free. Please include written or spoken pronunciations when you submit your script. Also include directions for style and tone or I will use my professional judgement.
What is your "Revision" Policy? What if there is a mistake in the final order? Do I need to buy a Revision?
For any mistakes on MY part, Revisions are FREE! The only time you need to buy the "Revision" option is when there is a change to the script after the Final delivery.
What is your Super Fast (Fastpass) or Priority Delivery Option?
Very simple. I will move your Order to the front of the Queue and Deliver it Next as a Priority. I can usually have this done in 12-14 hours. Contact me first if you have questions about this.
Do you provide both Male and Female Voices?
Not both unfortunately. I only can provide a Male Voice. If you really need a Female voice as well, send me a message first and I can arrange a voice from one of my colleagues for an extra cost.
When do I need to purchase the "Commercial Rights"?
Generally "Commercial Rights" covers non-paid marketing channels that are not for personal use. Commercial Rights are an inexpensive Extra with this Gig.
When do I need to Purchase "Full Broadcast Rights"?
"Full Broadcast Rights" covers what is normally considered a commercial that will be used on TV, Radio or Internet Streaming (e.g. Pandora radio ads). Full Broadcast Rights are an inexpensive Gig Extra.

After spending time going through different sellers and their demos, I decided to use Todd based on his demos. Todd really delivered what was promised. I can appreciate good communication when an order is being worked on. I had some changes that he handled asap. I plan to use his services for any future VO work. Highly recommend!
