À propos de moi
I help founders and business owners turn operational chaos into clarity.
If you're drowning in scattered tools, missing deadlines, or wasting time on manual work that should run itself, I build systems that fix that. Custom dashboards for real-time visibility. Automated workflows that eliminate repetitive tasks. Centralized workspaces where everything lives in one place.
I specialize in Notion, but the tool isn't the point. The point is getting you back to running your business instead of being buried in it.
Background in Project Management and IT. Notion Certified Expert. Let's organize.

Working with Toma was a really good experience from start to finish. From our first call, he took the time to understand my business and asked the right questions before starting the build. He didn't just create a Notion workspace, he built a system that matched how I actually work. Throughout the project...

I couldn't have been more happy with this experience! He listened to everything I asked and took some ideas of his own that were very well aligned with what I wanted. He truly created something very special!
