In all honesty there's so much variation with the control panels and methods of security to access accounts that its normally best to just contact your domain name provider for assistance as almost all of them give fantastic support.

I'm going to be honest with you here, pixel perfection is a lie, websites are flexible beasts, because of this there are times where it makes more sense to deviate from designs ever so slightly, although I'm confident in matching the vast majority of your design perfectly.

It's advisable to get your designers to come up with the designs for both desktop and mobile at least, I can however just work from desktop designs, although it may take slightly longer than usual.
