Advertises low price on their listing, so they show up 1st in search. Was rude and in reply saying I needed to cancel my order because they were not going to do it at that price. Wasted a day of my time.

The model I needed was a custom wearable so many revisions were needed to get sizing correct. It took a while as I had to print each revision to test but Tom was patient throughout and was able to perfect it.
