I called Tonya regarding working on a list of leads that I had. She responded promptly and suggested to start working on it right away. She provided me clear notes on all the leads I provided so I can follow up and know where they stand in the process.

Asked for appointment setting. No appointments were set. Just a list of "leads". No response when I questioned about why no appointments were set or if the entire list was called. Many of the leads requesting follow ups had disconnected numbers. Not a very good experience overall.
