Can I send you a sketch to design an ad from?
ABSOLUTELY! I love having some creative place to start with clients. Anything you'd like to use as a starting point is welcome.
What if I don't have photos to use in the ad?
No problem, just select "find me images" and I will get to work finding the right photos and graphics for your ad.
Do you photoshop images and remove backgrounds of photos?
MAYBE, send me what you have and I can let you know if an additional charge may apply.
Can you do an ad in languages other than English?
Absolutely but I do mention up front that one thing you don't get is my editing ability. So as long as the language you send over is ready to go, trimmed for size, we can use and incorporate any language. Just don't ask me for alternate phraseology in Swahili because I don't have that to offer you.
What formats can you provide a final ad design in?
I build ads in Corel Draw. It has limited compatability with Photoshop and Illustrator and I can provide an exported file if requested. Microsoft Publisher and Word, however, are not graphic design programs and are not compatible. Corel is not compatible with Adobe In Design.
Can you design an ad in 24 hours?
YES during the week (M-F) but there are two points to consider - how much is this ad costing you to PRINT and what is the RUSH? I can do it, but is it the best decision for an effective ad? If you select 24-hour delivery, PLEASE contact me first so I can check my schedule. I respond quickly.
Is your turnaround time calendar days or business days?
I work on a 5 day a week schedule most weeks, meaning a job begun on a Thursday or Friday will wrap up early the following week. I will send an extension request on any job ordered Thursday - Saturday to account for the weekend. I do not do 24 hour turnaround projects on the weekend.
