I’m a hands-on restaurant owner/operator with 7 years of experience. I co-own the original Artichoke Sandwichbar, a Wichita icon since 1984, and own Artichoke East, which I opened in 2024. I know the day-to-day realities of staffing, labor, food costs, training, marketing, events, catering and growing sales.
