As a licensed Realtor with LPT Realty, I independently manage the moving pieces behind real estate transactions from first conversation through closing. My work requires organization, clear communication, research, problem-solving, marketing, documentation, scheduling, and the ability to keep multiple deadlines and people moving in the same direction. I coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, title companies, inspectors, contractors, and other agents while managing contracts, timelines, appointments, property research, marketing materials, client communication, and transaction details. Beyond individual transactions, I’ve built and managed systems for lead organization, CRM workflows, email and text communication, social media content, market research, presentations, educational materials, and client resources. Since entering real estate in 2021, I’ve completed 40+ transactions and more than $10 million in sales volume. Real estate has taught me one skill above all: when there are a lot of moving pieces, somebody has to take ownership and make sure things actually get done. That’s where I do my best work.
