1) Planning: - Work with Global supply planners and vendor partners for pre-season planning and in-season execution. - Managed products Lead-time before season kick off. - Monitored factory partners’ performance such as OTP, ensure product ship date is on time. - Developed knowledge of factory issues, strengths, and goals, and analyzed factories’ capacity targets. - Executed and managed global POs via SAP/JDE, including PO extraction and PO ex-factory date update. 2) Costing: Collaborate with development/costing team on a process that will ensure the FOB’s are accurate detailed in the system. 3) Packaging: make sure vendor follows Brand's standard request and VAS of direct Customers. 4) Logistics: Follow closely with 3PL/FWD and vendors to ensure available container booking schedules. Instruct vendors and validate shipping documents.
